How To Use TANKIS Deodorant

How To Use TANKIS Deodorant

February 12, 2017

TANKIS has two types of deodorant products, one in a jar that is more like a paste that you can scoop out with your fingers and the other is a stick, which is the same formula but hardened with New Zealand Beeswax to give you the convenience of applying it without having to rub it into your pits.

Both of these products work great but a lot of people decide to go with the jars simply because they like to control the amount that goes under their arms but it just comes down to personal preference really.

Here’s our step by step tutorial on how to apply natural deodorant.

TANKIS JAR:

  1. Unscrew the head and scoop out a little more than a pea-sized amount.
  2. Apply the paste directly to your pit and rub it in with your hand.
  3. Repeat the same step for your other pit.
  4. Take a step back and have a bit of a sniff because you know you want to.
  5. Make sure to wash your hands.
  6. That’s it! Now go take on the day knowing you’ve got your pits covered.

Tips:

If you shave your armpits, do so the night before as your skin is likely to be more sensitive after shaving and the deodorant may irritate your skin.

Always leave the deodorant in a cool, dry and dark place. With coconut oil being an active ingredient it could cause the paste to melt a little if exposed to really warm temperatures. Don’t worry if this happens though as you can simply give it a quick stir and pop it in the fridge for an hour and it will be as good as new.

TANKIS STICK:

  1. Pop the lid and use the spinning mechanism to raise the deodorant.
  2. Rub it on each pit about 2-3 times. The deodorant should be solid and apply quite easy. A nice even layer should do.
  3. In colder weather, you may need to rub this in a bit.
  4. Take a step back and have a bit of a sniff because you know you want to.
  5. That’s it! Now go take on the day knowing you’ve got your pits covered.
