Shipping

New Zealand

Shipping within New Zealand is at the flat rate of $8 per order. Shipping is free for orders over $80 within New Zealand. Orders are sent via Courier Post, please allow 4 days for delivery once we have shipped and 5 days for rural deliveries. Due to restrictions and ease for customers, we ship without signature upon delivery.

International

We post to Australia at the rate of $30. We are unable to ship our roll-ons, room spray and soul oil at this stage as they are liquid. This is untracked, please enquire before ordering if you have a tracking request.

Please allow up to 3 working days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Returns and Refunds

As all of our items are personal care products we are unable to return or exchange goods if you are unhappy with your purchase.

If an item is faulty or sent in error we will cover any shipping cost to return and replace product. Please let us know if you have any problems with your order.
